Resilience, clarity and self-regulation

How we act, how we think and how we feel are greatly interlinked. In a world full of challenges, expectations, that is constantly reinventing itself, it can be hard to navigate our emotions and to have clarity.

When we live in stress, our body focuses all its energy on the source of the stress and narrows our focus. Our energy is low, we have less resources to think clearly, to self-regulate and recover. This is where resilience comes in, "our capacity to prepare for, to recover from and adapt in the face of stress, challenge or adversity". This doesn't mean resilience will prevent us from facing difficult situations. No, it means that we're better equipped to deal with it, to choose how we react to it.

What I offer is a safe space where you can open up, and explore these areas of your life that you want to change, these challenges that you would like to overcome, these new habits that you would like to embrace; and tools to help you on the way.

I use a combination of techniques ranging from coaching, cognitive behavioural therapy, evidenced-based hypnotherapy, mindfulness and heart-focused breathing. I adapt my approach depending on you, your goals and your wishes. And most importantly, I listen to you.

My role is to support you on your journey.

Cognitive behavioural hypnotherapy

Evidence-based hypnotherapy

Cognitive Behavioural Hypnotherapy is a practice combining CBT techniques with Hypnotherapy. It aims at exploring how we act (behavioural) and how we think (cognitive) and teaching you the skills you need to be able to cope


Hypnotherapy is a technique that is based on suggestibility. When we are hypnotised, we choose to go along with the suggestions that are offered to us and to let our mind engage with them. We however remain in full control. At any point, we can open our eyes and end the hypnosis.

Evidence-based practice in hypnotherapy is based on the principle that every technique and model is backed up by a major piece of scientific research.  Clinical trials have been run. They  have confirmed with reasonable certainty that this set of techniques and models works and meets expectations.



Sessions are priced £100 / session.

The first session lasts 90 min and following sessions 1 hour.

Payment should be made in advance through credit card or bank transfer (details will be supplied after the introductory call if you choose to move forward).

A 20-min introductory phone call is offered for free so we can check if we are suited to work together and if my answers to the questions you may ask are relevant and meaningful to you.


Cancellations less than 24 hours before a session will not be refunded.


All sessions will be held online on Zoom, a free video-conference tool.

Upon reception of your payment, I will send you a private link - please test the link  in advance and check that your microphone and webcam are activated.

Using headphones might ensure a better sound quality.

Then, all you have to do is sit comfortably at home (make sure that nobody is going to pry in or interrupt the session).
