Terms and Conditions
CBT Therapy services
Walayance Ltd provides Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) services to young people, including services delivered at Bruern Abbey School.
SERVICES
CBT therapy uses evidence-based approaches to help young people develop resilience, manage anxiety, build confidence, and develop coping strategies. Where appropriate, hypnotherapy techniques or coaching approaches may be integrated to support therapeutic goals.
BOOKING AND PAYMENT

Sessions are booked by term

Payment must be made in advance (self-funded clients) or will be invoiced to the school (EHCP-funded)

Sessions must be used within the term booked

Fees are non-refundable

Unused sessions cannot be carried over to future terms
CONFIDENTIALITY
Sessions are confidential except where:

Required by law

There is a risk of harm to the client or others

Safeguarding concerns arise

Progress reports are required by schools or local authorities (particularly for EHCP-funded sessions)
Parents/guardians will be kept informed of their child's progress while maintaining appropriate therapeutic boundaries.
DATA PROTECTION
We comply with GDPR. Personal data is kept secure and used only for delivering therapy services. Data is retained for 7 years (or until age 25 for minors). You have the right to request, correct, or erase your data.
CANCELLATIONS
All scheduling is managed by the school. Please contact the school if your child cannot attend a session.
FULL TERMS
Detailed terms and conditions are provided in the therapy agreement signed before services commence.
