How much does it cost?


Hypnotherapy Packages

  • Individual 1x 90-min session: £150

  • Hypnotherapy Package (5x 90-min sessions): £680

Coaching Packages

  • Individual 1x 1h session: £100

  • 2 months (8x 1h sessions): £750

  • 3 months (12x 1h sessions): £1000

Each session lasts 1 hour and support via email and WhatsApp between sessions is included.

Payment should be made in advance through credit card or bank transfer (details will be supplied after the introductory call if you choose to move forward).

A 30-min introductory phone call is offered for free so we can check if we are suited to work together and if my answers to the questions you may ask are relevant and meaningful to you.

Cancellations less than 48  hours are due in full.

How long is a session?



The first session lasts up to 90 min and following sessions up to 1 hour.​

How to join an online session?



All sessions are held online on Zoom, a free video-conference tool.

Upon receipt of your payment, I will send you a unique private link - please test the link  in advance and check that your microphone and webcam are activated.

Using headphones might ensure a better sound quality.

Then, all you have to do is sit comfortably at home (make sure that nobody is going to pry in or interrupt the session).

If you prefer to use Skype rather than Zoom, please let me know in advance.

How about Face-to-Face sessions?


Due to Covid-19 related restrictions, all sessions are currently held online.

Face to face sessions will be possible in the Chalk Farm / Camden area or Central London once the restrictions are fully lifted.


What difference is there between a Coaching session and a hypnotherapy session?


The agenda of a coaching session is fully set by the client. The coach is guiding the client through the goals and topics set by the client.

The purpose of coaching is to enhance the performance, clarity or approach of the client on a particular topic or goal.

Coaching is a support system to empower the client in reaching their goals.

Hypnotherapy has more of a therapeutic approach.

A "treatment plan" is agreed during the first session and each session builds up on the achievements of the previous sessions in order to resolve the issues presented during the first session and will include hypnosis.


How do I book?


All new clients are offered a 30-minute complimentary session.

After this free session, should you wish to continue, you'll be able to book your sessions with Cecile.
