Walayance Ltd — Digital Products: Terms & Conditions
These terms apply to your purchase of any digital product or programme offered by Walayance Ltd (company number 12493087), registered in England and Wales ("we," "us").
1. What you're purchasing
Details of what is included in your purchase are set out on the relevant product page. By completing your purchase, you agree to these terms.
2. Access and delivery
Access is granted from the date of purchase and is guaranteed for a minimum of 30 days. While we intend to keep content available beyond this period, we do not guarantee indefinite access and reserve the right to withdraw or amend any digital product. We will always provide at least 30 days' notice before removing access to any product you have purchased.
3. Digital content and your consumer rights
By completing your purchase and requesting immediate access to the content, you acknowledge that you are waiving your 14-day right to cancel under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, which applies to digital content accessed immediately. This does not affect your statutory rights in relation to faulty or misdescribed content.
4. Intellectual property
All content within our digital products, including audio files, written materials, and any other resources, is the intellectual property of Walayance Ltd. You may not copy, share, distribute, download, or reproduce any part of a programme without prior written permission. Access is granted for your personal use only.
5. Non-transfer
Your access to any digital product is personal to you and may not be transferred or shared with any third party.
6. Not a substitute for professional support
Our digital products are educational and self-development resources. They are not therapy, counselling, or medical treatment, and should not be treated as such. If you are experiencing a mental health crisis or require clinical support, please contact a qualified professional.
7. Limitation of liability
We take care to ensure all content is accurate and of good quality. However, results will vary depending on individual engagement and circumstances. We cannot guarantee specific outcomes. Our liability to you shall not exceed the amount paid for the product.
8. Complaints
If you have a concern about any of our digital products, please contact us as soon as the issue arises. We will seek to find a mutually acceptable solution. All complaints must be raised in writing within 14 days of the issue occurring. We are committed to responding promptly and resolving matters fairly.
9. Data and privacy
Your personal data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, available at walayance.com.
10. Severance
If any provision of these terms is found to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed severable and shall not affect the validity or enforceability of the remaining provisions.
11. Waiver
Any flexibility we show in relation to a breach or omission of these terms on one occasion shall not be construed as a waiver of our rights on any subsequent occasion.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
