Not just here to sharpen your coaching skills...
Here to support you through it all
Do you...
-
Agonise replaying sessions in your head, wondering if you said the right thing - or missed something important?
-
Feel emotionally full after sessions, but not always sure what’s yours and what’s the client’s?
-
Find it hard to make decisions or hold boundaries - especially when it comes to contracts, scheduling, or protecting your headspace?
Imagine if...
-
You had a space to reflect and unpack these tricky moments with someone’s been there and has your back
-
You grew your confidence in your own skills and abilities and served my clients much better as a result.
-
You stopped chasing the “perfect coach” ideal—and started showing up as yourself: thoughtful, capable, and grounded

Introducing...
The Wing Woman Package
Supervision is the space you didn’t know you needed — until you finally exhale and realise how much you’ve been holding.
It’s where you can:
-
Unpack the sessions that stay in your head long after they’ve ended
-
Sharpen your approach to boundaries, ethics, or delicate client moments
-
Grow your confidence and clarity in a way that actually fits who you are
This isn’t mentoring. It’s not therapy.
And it’s definitely not about monitoring your work or telling you what to do.
It’s a reflective, partnering space where you get to explore what’s going on in your coaching practice — and in you, as a coach and human being.

With the Wing Woman Package you’ll discover:
-
How to navigate challenging sessions — without second-guessing yourself for days afterwards
-
Why you sometimes feel stuck, unsure, or off-centre in your coaching — and what’s really going on beneath that
-
How to show up with more clarity, confidence, and authenticity — without squeezing yourself into someone else’s version of “the right way to coach”
-
How to set yourself up for success from the start — without agonising over every decision
-
That you don’t need to have it all figured out — just the willingness to reflect, grow, and be supported along the way
Make today the day you start consciously showing up as who you are and who you want to be so you can stop doubting yourself in crucial moments.
Not the day you decided to do nothing... again.
"I've been working with Cecile as my coach supervisor. Her warm yet professional approach makes the interactions both productive and enjoyable. She creates a space where I feel completely at ease, and that allows us to bounce any issues and ideas to help me grow as a coach.
I often arrive thinking I understand the challenge, but through her approach, we discover more, deeper insights about me as a coach and how this may impact the client’s coaching experience.
Her guidance has been very beneficial for my practice. Cecile has introduced me to more tools and approaches that can help me make my client sessions more impactful, whether it is for contracting, preparation or delivery. She also provided great guidance on coach accreditation.
I have no hesitation in recommending Cecile, and I look forward to continuing working with her"

Investment
I price supervision based on your coaching rate because I believe in meeting you where you are, and supporting your growth without unnecessary stretch.
You pay what you charge your direct clients per session, with a minimum rate of £550 (£110 per session).
Here’s how that might look depending on your coaching rate:
Your Coaching Rate per Session (£) | Your Supervision Rate per Session (£) | Wing Woman Package price (£) |
---|---|---|
£100 | £110 | £550 |
£150 | £150 | £750 |
£200 | £200 | £1000 |
Payment is due in full before the first session.
If needed, a payment plan can be arranged - reach out for more details.
You know you’re a good coach — you care, you show up, and your clients trust you.
But sometimes, you still wonder… Am I letting my standards slip?
Did I hold that boundary clearly enough? Did I actually help? Was that silence powerful… or just awkward?
The Wing-Woman Package is here for those moments.
The ones that stick with you long after the session ends.
The ones that leave you questioning, doubting, or just not quite sure.
This isn’t about being the “perfect coach.”
It’s about having space to pause, unpack, and grow — with someone who’s fully in your corner.
We’ll reflect on what’s working, get curious about what’s not, and strengthen the kind of coach you want to be.
So you can have the impact you're meant to have.
"The coaching supervision I have received from Cecile has been so incredibly supportive and empowering for me. Cecile is so knowledgeable, professional and is super intuitive, which works so well for me.
As we know the problem is rarely the problem and yet we always get to the heart of the issue I bring and so much more. She has helped me turn understanding into action and knowledge into benefit. My confidence in my own skills and abilities has grown and I am serving my clients much better as a result. Her follow up notes are a huge added value too.
Hiring her has been one of the best business / professional decisions I have ever made and is an investment that pays big dividends. I intend to continue with Cecile as my supervisor, I need her as my wing woman !"

Supervision that grows with you
Show up as the coach you want to be
You don’t need another training telling you how to coach.
What you need is space to understand how you coach — what’s working, what’s feeling off, and what’s quietly weighing on you behind the scenes.
The Wing-Woman Package offers exactly that: a dedicated space to reflect on your practice, explore what’s happening beneath the surface, and realign with the coach you want to be.
This isn’t about fixing or judging. It’s about seeing your patterns more clearly, building on your strengths, and navigating challenges with more confidence and clarity.
Supervision gives you a real-time snapshot of where you are today — and the insight and support to choose how you move forward.
You’ll start asking not “Why does this keep happening?” — but “What do I want to do differently, and why?”
Because supervision doesn’t just support your coaching.
It supports you.
"I wanted coaching supervision to ensure that I was improving in my skills development and confidence, but also to ensure I was supporting my own well-being as a coach and to ensure I was showing up for my clients in the best way possible for the long term.
Cecile was open and incredibly helpful in how she dealt with technical questions around things like effective contracting and helpful language in managing client expectations but also to help me to focus on what was going well so that I could feel
more confident and lean into the strength of my own approach.
Cecile was able to challenge me deeply and yet support me to grow as a coach and to become aware of tendencies that could lead to compromise in well-being and therefore effectiveness as a coach.
My contracting feels much more confident now, as due to Cecile’s supervision I have found ways to build in what is important to me, and what will be helpful to the client in terms of clarity and expectation setting.
Cecile uses helpful metaphors (building the fishing rod – as an explanation of coaching) and models (e.g. normative, formative and restorative – as ways to help the coach in supervision).
Cecile has an open, very collaborative style. She is incredibly incisive and was always able to get to the heart of what I was trying to say, even if I said it in quite a roundabout way! She was able to give me enough space to fully articulate my thoughts while being very practical and specific about what I could do to improve. I found this very valuable as I always walked away with something I could implement or do to improve the next time.
Due to these sessions recent contracting conversations have been smoother and felt more authentic to who I am and how I want to coach, and I have been able to empower clients with self-accountability for setting up sessions."
